Within the framework of the designs drawn up (General Urban Planning and Open City Spatial and Housing Organisation Plan Designs, urbanisation designs, designs of special areas like industrial areas, building societies, amendments of street planning designs) the issue of the new residential areas and the improvement of the existing urban structures is managed, with emphasis on their relationship to the environment and in light of the particularities of each region.
