Regarding the design of both private (office buildings, residential buildings, industrial buildings) and public buildings (cafeterias, school buildings, welfare buildings, etc.), the company operates based on the principles of bioclimatic design always considering the needs of the site where the building will be placed and the needs of the individual customer, aiming at a beautiful and functional outcome. The specifications and legislation play an essential role for each type of building, in order for the buildings to offer not only an aesthetic quality, but also to provide safety to their users and respect towards the environment. Apart from the design, our company undertakes the issuing of licenses as well as the completion of all necessary process (approvals, etc.).
Regarding the public buildings, the company prepares the tender documents (the project’s budget, proclamation issues, contract documents, detailed invoices for the work needed for the building’s completion and cost designs) in accordance with the legislation in force, so that each public body – client can be able to auction its building after receiving the building license.
